A well located cottage, clean and tidy. Ideal enclosed garden for children and dogs at rear of property. Parking could be an issue, but as long as you are prepared to pay for parking should'nt be a problem.

Absolutely lovely cottage, much bigger than appeared from the outside. Two beautiful bedrooms with all the luxuries of home, kids & dogs had a great holiday. Lovely park with excellent facilities over the road. Great base for exploring the broads lots to do in sunshine & rain.

The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable and cosy - very home from home. All the equipment and bedding and towels were of superior quality. The facilities of the location were excellent - we were spoilt with choice for eating out and with the park opposite it was perfect for our Yorkshire terrier! We experienced no problems with parking outside as our holiday was in the Winter months. We would certainly recommend this cottage in Oulton Broad.

Plenty of restaurants loads to do and with trains going to both Norwich and Ipswich. Oulton Broad very pretty.

We met the owners of the cottage who were very friendly. They are very trusting people because the standard of crockery, linen etc was high class and no faults could be found. It is situated in an unusual place and doesn't look very big but on entering the property it is like walking into the 'Tardis'. VERY NICE

A lovely homely cottage very well appointed, with safe & secure rear garden, close to Park, shops a variety of restaurants and pubs but despite this very quiet.
